What We’re Looking For
Passion for environment art and world-building in games
Proficiency with Blender and Substance Painter
Familiarity with Substance Designer is a major bonus
Solid grasp of PBR texturing, composition
Basic Unreal Engine 5 workflow knowledge (importing, material setup, Nanite/Lumen)
Portfolio that shows solid asset creation workflows and final in-engine shots
Collaborative mindset; ability to iterate on feedback quickly
What You’ll Do
Model, texture and optimize modular environment assets and hero props
Sculpt high-poly details and bake down to game-ready meshes
Assemble striking level scenes, from already produced level design block-outs to final polish
Work closely with Level Design to maintain gameplay readability and performance
